Thank you for visiting WHAT YOU SOW. 

Our customer service is of utmost importance to us and we intend these terms and conditions to provide everything you need to comfortably and securely use our shop to buy lovely garden things. If you have any suggestions or comments, or if you are unsure of sizes, colours or variants please get in touch using our contact form. 

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

You can contact us via our contact form. 

We do not publish our phone number or email address (to protect ourselves from those horrible spam bots!) but if you get in touch with us via our contact form we will happily email you or call you back at the soonest possible opportunity. Please state the method you would prefer to be contacted by. 

How to place an order

Select the items you would like to buy using the button “ADD TO CART”. Continue shopping by clicking on the Logo banner or using the categories on the right hand side. You can “VIEW CART” at any time by clicking the button in the top right of the screen. When viewing the Cart, you can remove items by clicking the X to the right of the item. 

When you are ready to pay, select “CHECKOUT”, also on the top right hand side and you will be taken to our secure payment gateway, PAYPAL. Here you can either login to your paypal account or pay by debit or credit card.  

By completing and submitting an order you are confirming that you agree to our terms and conditions and are making an unconditional offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by WHAT YOU SOW, will result in a binding contract.

After you have placed your order you will receive an email from WHAT YOU SOW confirming that we have received and are processing the order. An email will be issued upon dispatch. This second email will constitute our acceptance of the offer. 

Should you wish to cancel the order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately using our contact form.

Payment

We happily accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, American Express, or regular account payments all through our secure payment gateway PayPal. We take your card security very seriously. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit and verifies that your Internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher with an encryption key length of 168-bits (the highest level commercially available). 

You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment. 

We do not store your financial details. 

Shipping

UK delivery costs £3.20 on all orders. 

Shipping to other EU states will incur a higher fee. Please get in touch via our contact form to request a shipping estimate before you order. 

We do not currently ship outside the EU. 

Items will be delivered Royal Mail First Class. Please note this is not a tracked service. 

All items come carefully packaged and we reuse packaging where we can. 

You will receive an automated email when you have placed your order. This confirms our acceptance of your order. Items will be dispatched once payment has been approved. Orders are sent out within three working days. 

Although we aim for delivery within 3-5 working days, we cannot be held accountable for circumstances beyond our control which may include postal strikes or delays.  

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases but if for any reason you are not then returns will be accepted within 28 days of dispatch providing the items have not been used and are still in a saleable condition. Items must be returned unopened, with packaging intact. WHAT YOU SOW will provide a full refund, excluding postage. 

Postage will be at your expense, unless the return is due to a fault in our processing or the item itself, in which case please ring us or email us prior to posting.

When returning an item you must first contact WHAT YOU SOW using the contact form. You will need to provide us with your order number and reason for return. Once this information has been received we will email you a returns reference number. This is so that we can process your requests as quickly and effectively as possible.

You must then return the item to what you sow within 28 days of dispatch in the condition it was sold in, with the return reference number stated clearly on the external packaging. Please send returns to the following address:

We will contact you once the item has been received and a refund will be issued. 

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
